April Investment Update & Arizona gives day

Sometimes, great opportunities require a little patience. Due to unexpected construction delays, we’ve had to cancel our scheduled open house event. However, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on valuable investment insights!

We’re still sharing our exclusive investment packet, which includes the same key information we planned to present at the event. This resource is designed to help you evaluate potential investment opportunities, including strategies for turning your current home into a rental property. To make the process even easier, we’ve included our investment spreadsheet—an essential tool for running the numbers and making informed decisions. (To use this spreadsheet, first make a copy, and then you can use the copy.)

If you’re interested in discussing your investment goals, we’d love to connect! Whether over a one-on-one coffee meet-up or a Zoom call, we’re here to walk you through the details and answer any questions you have.

Let’s find the best path forward for your real estate investments. Reach out today to schedule a time to chat!

Arizona Gives Day Is Over—But Giving Doesn’t End There

Arizona Gives Day, celebrated on April 1st, is a beautiful reminder of the power of community support and the impact we can make together. While the official day has passed, the need—and the opportunity—to give continues all year long.

With each closing, I have made donations to a few organizations that are especially close to my heart. Each one works in its own way to create a Dwelling Place for those they serve.

What does that mean?

The phrase “Dwelling Place” comes from post-WWII philosophy, especially an article called Building Dwelling Thinking. In the wake of destruction, thinkers asked a deeper question: what does it mean to not just have shelter, but to dwell? To exist in a space where you feel safe, known, and human?

A Dwelling Place isn’t just a roof. It’s a space where people can “be.” It’s the quiet moment of coffee with a friend. The safe feeling when someone sees you and cares. It’s what we all deserve.

That’s why I support organizations building more than homes—they’re building belonging:

🌍 Phoenix Refugee Connections

Equipping the Valley to love our refugee neighbors through connection, community, and compassion.

🕊 The Society of St. Vincent de Paul

In honor of Harmony Mosier, whose heart was set on ending homelessness and creating dignity for all.

🏡 1Mission

Helping families in Mexico, El Salvador, and Nicaragua earn homes through sweat equity, restoring hope and stability.
