Market Update: Home prices are up 1.6% from October, following the usual seasonal rise. Pending listings are priced higher, suggesting prices might keep climbing into December. Foreclosures are still very low. While overall housing supply is increasing, it’s expected to drop off soon for our normal Dec/Jan lull.
